Who we are

Jordan Xavier Connect was established to work exclusively with those under 18 years of age. We are connected to Jordan Xavier, as such we already provide a range of accommodation and support services to young people across London, the home counties and the Midlands and have done for over 13 years.
All our staff are experienced and qualified in working with children and young people in need and are there to help you. We pride ourselves on the delivering the highest quality service possible.
Equal Opportunities
Our key priority is to provide the highest standard of support for all young people using our services. This means meeting your needs in relation to gender and gender identification, sexual orientation, nationality, religious beliefs, disability, and age. We will respect your ethnic and cultural identity by training members of staff in your specific needs. Your views and opinions will be listened to and respected at all times and changes will be made to your support plan based on your wants and needs. Young people will not be discriminated against, and we will make all reasonable provisions to help you live the life you want. For example, this may include using gender neutral terminology and respecting religious beliefs.

Health and Safety
Staff know of their responsibility to comply with the Health and Safety at Work act 1974. The team will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all people in the home. This means having good security measures in place such as door entry systems and CCTV. It also means regularly maintaining systems such as smoke detectors in the accommodation. All people using our service will have specific risk management measures in place, created with input from you at the start of your package.
