Jordan Xavier Connect is an Ofsted-registered organisation dedicated to providing, safe and empowering supported accommodation for 16 and 17-year-olds who are in care. The emphasis is on fostering an inclusive environment where every young person is treated with respect and dignity.
Committed to their well-being, Jordan Xavier Connect offers tailored support to help young individuals develop confidence and resilience as they transition towards independence. The approach prioritises on creating a nurturing and secure setting where young people feel valued and can thrive.

Jordan Xavier Connect has access to over 1000 properties across England and Wales.
All the accommodation have been chosen for its use, adaptability and practicality the accommodation will in most cases be close to shops, transport, health professionals, schools/colleges and entertainment.
The accommodation provided by Jordan Xavier Connect and it’s provider organisations is inspected by Local Environmental Health/Health and Safety Units, by the fire department, gas and electrical inspectors. And complies with all requirements set out by these agencies prior to being available.
