All members of our friendly, helpful team of support staff are trained, qualified and experienced. They will all have or will be working towards their NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, and they will usually have over three years’ experience. We also employ qualified teachers and social workers. This means that they know how to cope with difficult situations and can provide you with the expert help and support you need.

Our staff also have received accredited training on topics that affect young people today such as cyberbullying, substance misuse and online grooming. We also make sure they have been checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and can safely work with young people.
